Created and executed integrated alumni relations communications strategy for a preeminent global law school across print and web platforms. Reported to the assistant dean for alumni relations and special events and was recognised as a mentor and digital strategy resource for the school’s 27 centres and institutes.

‣Responsible for print and web direct marketing for targeted audiences of 50–20,000+ and online event registration management for nearly 40 events annually

‣Directly supervised a team of two responsible for assisting with web content updates, database mail/email list management, and print and web content approval
trafficking to stakeholders

‣Produced and edited 36+ VIP alumni interviews in cooperation with the alumni association leadership

‣Resident expert and departmental trainer for email marketing and event registration web application (iModules), which also supported online fundraising
(over 500 gifts processed through the system in 2010) and the online alumni directory (3,000+ active records)

‣Coordinated successful Law School transition of web application vendors acting as point for senior management of mulitple Law School departments

‣Articulated and implemented the current social networking strategy for five alumni affinity groups as well as augmenting the annual Law School reunion program with
online groups for classes attending in the upcoming year

file versioning and best practices

‣Monitored reporting to the New York State Bar Association and adherence to set policies related to the Law School’s accreditation for Continuing Legal Education
